We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

For hygiene, safety, and supplier restrictions, the following items cannot be returned:
Pet food, treats, supplements, or other perishable products
Personalized or custom-made items
Grooming and personal care products that have been opened or used
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or defective

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size, color, or product, simply request a return for the eligible item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed by our fulfillment partners. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return policy after delivery.
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
